1. To ensure all the applicable statutory compliances under the Labor laws has been followed.
2. Responsible for recruitment
3. Responsible for thoroughly understanding compliance laws, as well as providing adequate communication to managers and employees about such laws.
4. Payroll processing
5. Create a strong monitoring system to ensure compliance and on time escalations.
6. Handle Grievance, Disciplinary cases investigation and appropriate actions
7. Ensure Notice and Inspection closure within due date.
8. Employee Engagement

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

1. Knowledge of Statutory / Labor Laws or rules and related compliances
2. Good in excel
3. Good in communication

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills & local language
