Job Description
- Ensure that the company's employment and administrative policies and guidelines are implemented in a way to enhance a peaceful industrial atmosphere.
- Appropriate interpretation of Labour Laws to enhance management and employee relationships.
- Ensure equal dispensation of disciplinary measures across board.
- Implementation of equitable salaries for available jobs.
- Ensures all agreements between management and employee are honoured.
- Proposing and implementing approved training programmes.
