Job Description

  • Customer Engagement:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services and handle inbound inquiries from existing customers.

  • Needs Assessment:

Use engaging questions to understand customer needs and tailor product recommendations to their specific requirements.

  • Sales & Order Processing:

Present products, upsell and cross-sell additional items, and process sales transactions and necessary paperwork.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.

  • Data Management:

Accurately document customer information, purchases, and sales activities in a database.

  • Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on all products, services, promotions, and competitor offerings to answer customer questions effectively.

  • Sales Target Achievement:

Work to meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas.

  • Social Media Management

Manage company social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business).

Post product updates, engage with followers, and respond to messages.

  • Team Coordination

Supervise and coordinate casual sales & marketing workers.

Ensure field activities are well executed and reported.

  • Reporting & Records

Prepare daily reports of activities using Google Sheets.

Share customer feedback and market insights with management.
