Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes from requisition to purchase order.
- Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiating contracts for optimal pricing and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on needs and priorities.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market trends and supplier offerings.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
