What you’ll be doing
- Sell rebar and wire rod to hardware warehouses/distributors, building material dealers and contractors.
- Develop new customers and meet sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and sales contracts; close orders within company price policy.
- Follow up on delivery with the warehouse.
- Keep customer records updated and report regularly to the General Manager.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in steel or construction materials in Tanzania.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Swahili; basic Excel and email skills.
- Good knowledge of the Tanzania construction and steel markets.
- Willingness to travel within Tanzania and neighbouring countries.
- Self-motivated, honest, and a good communicator.
- Driving licence preferred.
