The purpose of this position is to contribute to the development of Colleagues' technical skills to meet organizational needs by driving technical training and building capacity for the operations and sales teams. The role is responsible for setting the technical training agenda which will include technical skills assessments to identify training gaps and ensure the implementation of the required interventions to close these gaps.
As the holder of this position, you will support both Pest amp; Hygiene businesses in Tanzania, and some travel will be required throughout the country. This will also include support for new innovations as they may be launched from time to time.
