Manager/CCR Couch ( Power Plant)

• Managing Operation amp; Maintenance of Boiler, Turbine, WTP, BOP, CHP, and AHP with designed operating parameter of safety.
• Prepare standard of operations (SOP’S) of all operational equipment’s.
• Implementation of safety measures and compliance of safety guide lines.
• Maintaining the safe operation and maintenance practices.
• Provides adequate maintenance support to reduce downtime.
• To maintain operation and maintenances KPI’s.
• Maintains the maintenance records of equipment’s.
• Managing Operation amp; Maintenance of Boiler, Turbine, WTP, BOP, CHP, and AHP with designed operating parameter of safety.
• Responsible for trouble free operation of assigned area to achieve optimum reliability and availability of equipment’s’.
• Implementation of safety measures and compliance of safety guide lines.
• Material management of assigned area for smooth power plant operations.
• Provides adequate maintenance support to reduce downtime
• To maintain operation and maintenances KPI’s.
• Prepare standard of operations (SOP’S) of all operational equipment’s.
• Maintains the maintenance records of equipment’s.
• Maintaining the Oamp;M of natural gas infrastructure.
• Maintaining the records of natural gas consumption and reporting.
• Assisting GM for correspondence with Govt agencies.
• Any other job assigned by the superiors.

Requirements

Academic/Professional Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience preferably power plant experience.
• Previously Experience in Cement Plant will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of power plant operations and maintenances.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commitment to implemented safety and environment regulations
• Good data gathering and analysis skills.
• Baseline problem analysis and solving skills.
• Creativity and an ability to think out of the box.
