SME Finance & Credit Specialist

Part-time/contract SME Finance & Credit Specialist role in Dar es Salaam. On-site with rotational shifts. Responsibilities: conduct financial and credit assessments of SMEs, review bank statements and financial statements, evaluate cash flow and repayment capacity, identify credit and operational risks, recommend finance-readiness improvements, and support preparation of funding applications. Must have direct experience in business banking/SME lending/credit assessment or development finance and ability to prepare funding applications. Salary 1,500,000–2,000,000 TZS. Requires degree in finance-related field and ~5 years relevant experience.
